General terms
TRANSFER IN GENERAL

The term transfer implies the transport of at least one passenger from pick-up point to the final destination. If pick-up points or drop-off points are not mentioned on our pages, it is possible to contact us and get a custom made offer.

We offer different types of transfer services and vehicles, depending on the number of passengers and other requirements. The prices are created according to the type of vehicle you choose, the distance, date, roadpricing and other factors.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Transport Kundid Ltd. offers online reservation system through which visitors of the website can make a reservation. After you book through our website, the clients enter into a legally binding contract. Our services are available for personal, noncommercial use, therefore, it is not allowed to download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our web site for any commercial or competitive activity.

A person that makes the reservation has to be at least over 18. Reservation is carried out on-line via transportkundid.hr website, e-mail or telephone. The client that wants to make a reservation is responsible for given personal data in the contract.

Reservation has to be made at least 24 hours before the transfer. However, during high-season, especially on saturdays, more than 24 hours might be needed in order to ensure vehicle availability. Therefore a reservation is only confirmed when finally approved by the system administrator. The customer is required to acknowledge all notifications made to him by our customer support. However, in the event of the customer failing to acknowledge receipt of an e-mail, the records that exists on our e-mail server shall be considered as proof of reception.

For a successful reservation a valid credit card is needed, if not indicated otherwise. After completing the reservation by entering all necessary details the reservation will be automatically confirmed and we will send a written confirmation via e-mail. We can assure that all your personal data are treated very seriously and they will be protected in our system. We won't abuse in any way your credit card information or your personal data.

Confirmation Email - It is clients’ responsibility to notify us in the event of not receiving the confirmation e-mail or in the case that booking details have been entered inaccurately. All the details the customer have entered/or requested to be entered in the booking process will be displayed in the confirmation e-mail in detail. Invoice payments - When your transaction is carried out and when you receive a booking confirmation by e-mail, your credit card will be taken off the amount specified in the reservation. You will receive a bill payment to your e-mail address confirming that the transaction has taken place and that the amount debited from your account.

SECURITY OF THE CREDIT CARD DATA

The data from your credit card are given to guarantee the reservation, payment or billing terms formed according to the offer the client has received. To protect data from credit cards, we use "Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data are completely safe. SSL encryption is a tested system that allows your browser to automatically encrypt your data before you send them.

SECURITY OF THE VEHICLE

All vehicles which are used for transfers are properly inspected and insured in accordance to the laws of the country of Croatia.

The transfer provider committs that the transfer will be effectuated professionally and in accordance to the transportation rules and the laws of the country of Croatia.

In case that the transfer hasn't been completed due to the transfers providers fault, the clients money will be refunded within 24 business days. If the client for any reason is not able to establish a contact with our driver he is obliged to contact our customer support on the number: +385 99 305 4444 Otherwise we can not bear any responsibility if there are difficulties in locating the driver. To avoid such situations it is advisible to be reachabale on a cellphone and provide a valid number including the country code.

LUGGAGE

It is considered that the standard luggage comprises two large suitcases and one manual luggage per person. If there is more luggage than mentioned, it is necessary to contact our customer support. The same goes for special luggage (skis, snowboards, children trolleys, etc.). The transport of the luggage and other belongings is undertaken solely to the clients’ risk and under no circumstances can Transport Kundid Ltd. be held responsible for any loss or damage.

CONTACT PROCEDURES AND TRANSFER SERVICE

In the event of unavoidable alterations to the contract, Transport Kundid Ltd. will inform the client by e-mail the address provided by the client at the moment of booking. It is therefore essential that the clients checks that the e-mail address provided is correct and also to ensure that they read any incoming e-mails up to the time of their travel dates and times. If the customer fails to be at the pick-up point within 20 minutes of the time specified on the voucher the driver or the office will try to contact him on the provided cellphone number. If it is not possible to speak to him due to not having provided a cellphone number at the time of booking, no or poor connection, no signal, activated voicemail or the call is unanswered, the service will not be provided and the driver is not obliged to provide him with the service and a refund will not be made.

In case the client is not being able to locate the driver on arrival it is the clients's responsibility to contact the driver directly (If the number is given), or the main offices. If the customer fails to call these numbers within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and within 10 minutes for non-airport collections, and as such Transport Kundid Ltd., or the service provider, is not made aware of the problem, the transfer booking will be cancelled and no refund will be done. All clients are responsible for checking the time agreed for the pick-up by the transfer service, and also for ensuring that their chosen arrival time will not result in risking to miss their flights/ferry/train/bus.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF RESERVATION

It is possible to cancel your reservation without the extra charge up to five days before the arranged transfer, and the full amount will be refunded. Any alteration of reservation which includes change of date, is without extra charge. The change of the pick-up, drop-off point or vehicle category will be charged in accordance with the prices on our pages, if provided. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all travel details are correct.

In case of no show the total amount will be charged. This also applies to situations in which the client has booked the wrong date by mistake. It is the clients responsibility to ensure all data is correctly entered.

In case of delay and missed flight/ferry/train/bus due to a road transfer:

- If you miss your flight (or any other means of transportation) because of traffic jams or any other road conditions which are not the direct fault of the service provider, we cannot be held responsible, nor it is possible to demand of Transport Kundid Ltd to refund the financial loss.

- If the service provider is the direct cause of your delay (ex. flat tire, no gas, late arrival, negligence of the driver etc.), you will be refunded for your loss.

- The times of departure to/from the airport or any other destination are simply an advice given by the agents and were created for standard routes and traffic conditions. You may or may not choose to accept the recommended time, and you may change it if you think that you might need more time.

- After receiving the voucher we ask of you to check it thoroughly and by accepting the voucher as your confirmation of the reservation, you accept complete responsibility for the outcome of the transfer.

- Transport Kundid Ltd. sole responsibility and liability is as an agent for each transfer supplier by providing the supplier with an online booking service using the customers’ details as entered on our website. Some service provider may have additional contract conditions of their own. Transport Kundid Ltd. is not liable for losses or damages that may occur through the incorrect processing by the service supplier of a customer’s reservation details.

DISCLAIMER

In accordance with the aforementioned terms and conditions, we are liable only for direct damages you have suffered and incurred in the absence of compliance with obligations that are related to our services. Transport Kundid Ltd., or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting or other content creation will not be liable for any criminal liability, direct or indirect losses or damages, loss of contracts, any inaccuracies related to the information described on our website. The drivers reserve the right to deny embarkation to the vehicles in cases of inebriated or misbehaved clients. There can not be any refund for these cases and in the event of damages there may be prosecution and damage claims.

PRIVACY POLICY

Transport Kundid Ltd. has high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We are committed that your name, address, e-mail address and credit card information required for booking will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. In order to protect your personal information we apply a particular system. To protect data from credit cards, we use "Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data are completely safe. We also use security procedures and limited access to use the personal data. Only authorized employees are permitted access to personal information to perform their duties relating to our service.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The original english version of these terms can be translated into other languages but no rights can be achieved in the translated version. In the case of a dispute over the content or interpretation of these terms, or inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Croatian version, and any other version, the main and referent version is the one in the english language. The english version is available on our web page and can be sent in writing upon your request.

Unless otherwise specified, the software needed for our service is either available or being used on our website, and intellectual property rights (including copyrights), content and information, and material on our website are owned by transport companies Transport Kundid Ltd. These conditions and provision of our services are regulated by and construed in accordance with Croatian law and any dispute arising from these general conditions and our services are exclusively submitted to the competent court in Croatia.
